Our Board

	John Rubino - Chairman John was appointed to the Board on 18 January 1991. Initially serving as Managing Director and Chairman, John resigned as Managing Director on 30 May 2003 and continued as Chairman since that time. John has more than 45 years experience in the construction and engineering services industry.
	Robert Velletri - Managing Director Robert was appointed to the Board on 26 August 1992 and commenced as Managing Director on 30 May 2003. A Mechanical Engineer, Robert has more than 30 years experience in the construction and engineering services industry and is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
	Peter Dempsey - Non-Executive Director Peter was appointed to the Board on 30 May 2003. With 40 years experience in the construction and engineering services industry, Peter is a Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
	Chris Michelmore - Non-Executive Director Chris was appointed to the Board on 1 October 2007. Chris has 40 years experience in the construction and engineering services industry throughout Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East. Chris is a Civil and Structural Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
	Irwin Tollman - Non-Executive Director Irwin was appointed to the Board on 26 August 1992. Irwin has 20 years experience in the construction and engineering services industry in Australia. Irwin is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia.
