Helen was appointed to the Board on 5 September 2016. She is Chair of the Company's Audit Committee and a member of its Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Helen has previously served as a director of engineering company Sinclair Knight Merz, and the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority, and a non-executive director of the Red Flag Group, a global integrity and risk service provider. She is currently a director of ASX and Hong Kong-listed entity, Yancoal Australia Limited, ASX listed entity, Aurelia Metals Limited, and a non-executive director of unlisted entity BAC Holdings Pty Ltd, the holding company for Bankstown and Camden Airport. In 2012, she was recognised as one of Australia’s Most Influential Women in the Board and Management category by the Australian Financial Review. 

Helen holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Construction Law, as well as Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Law. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
