  • We have many different positions in our Perth and Brisbane city offices that support our operations, including in: Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Communications, Health, Safety and Environment, Engineering, Business Development. Our site-based roles include: Supervisor, QAQC Inspector, Surveyor, HSE Advisor, Superintendent Engineering, Project Management, Site Managers, Administrators.
  • We are always looking for skilled people who are informed about the resources construction industry. If you are studying or about to graduate in any professional qualification we have a graduate program you can apply for. We also have a range of support and entry level positions that are excellent starting points into the business. The best way to break into the industry is to stay informed on projects and make sure you are up to date on available positions. Be persistent if you don’t get a role the first time you apply; some roles are very competitive and it is worth reapplying in the future. Ensure that you have qualifications relevant for our industry and the position you are applying for.

  • Our Brisbane and Perth offices have active social clubs which arrange a range of functions. Regional and site based employees have events throughout the year.
  • We have a Health and Wellbeing Program. Each month the teams in our offices and on sites focus on different health issues, supported by the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team. We encourage participation in charity fun runs and triathlons during the year. There are subsided gyms at the Perth and Brisbane offices.
  • The Perth office in Victoria Park, on the fringe of the central business district (CBD), was built in 2010. It has an onsite gym, breakout areas and kitchens, rooftop garden, bike lockers and commuter shower facilities, and a café on the ground floor. Our meeting rooms are fitted with video conferencing to connect with our teams in other locations. Our Brisbane office is in Milton in a new building, with easy access to the CBD. It is near the Riverwalk bike network, has shower and locker facilities, and breakout areas and kitchens. There is a café in the building and a commercial gym (with subsidised membership for Monadelphous employees) is available 24 hours a day.
  • On site, all employees are expected to wear the site uniform, steel cap boots and required personal protective equipment (PPE). In our offices, we wear business casual with an optional uniform for non-front facing staff. We have casual Friday every week.
  • Rosters are based on project requirements and change from time to time. The most common rosters on our projects are three weeks working and one week off or 26 days working nine days off. Employees are flown to the project site and live in fully catered accommodation.
  • The project length depends on the scope of work that Monadelphous is contracted to do. Some projects are short term while others are ongoing. We aim to retain our teams and move them to new contracts once a project is completed.
