I started in 2010 as a Trade Assistant and then moved to the Cape Lambert project where I was promoted to a concreter in the civil’s crew.
Later I transferred to construction to work as a rigger and was given the opportunity to enter the Monadelphous Health Safety and Environment (HSE) trainee program. Through the program I have been able to work with some great leaders and have gained valuable hands on experience. I am passionate about HSE and currently I am completing certificates in Training and Assessment and Environmental Management.
I love the diversity of the projects we work on and the lifestyle that my job lets me lead. The FIFO roster is great because whilst on my rostered week off I am able to spend quality time with my family.
I work with a great group of people and have made some good friends along the way.
The values that Monadelphous has, the professional standards we adhere too and the diversity of the company have allowed me to travel different pathways to excel in my career.
