DRP Issue Price

Monadelphous Group Limited (ASX: MND) advises that the Issue Price of ordinary shares to be issued to participants of the Monadelphous Group Limited Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) in respect of the 2014 interim dividend, payable on 4 April 2014, is $16.04. The Issue Price has been calculated in accordance with the DRP rules. A discount of 2% has been applied in the calculation of the Issue Price.
