Amendment to DRP Rules

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10.8, Monadelphous Group  advises that the Board has approved changes to the rules of the Monadelphous Group Limited Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) with immediate effect. The revised DRP rules are included in the ASX
announcement.

The changes to the DRP rules are as a result of recent changes to the ASX Listing Rule timetables which now require the last election date for DRPs to be at least one business day after the record date.
