DRP Issue Price

Monadelphous Group advises that the Issue Price of ordinary shares to be issued to participants of the Monadelphous Group DRP in respect of the 2014 final dividen, payable on 3 October 2014, is $13.5248. The Issue Price has been calculated in accordance with the DRP rules. No discount has been applied in the calculation of the Issue Price.
