Notification of Claim and Statement of Claim

Monadelphous Group Limited (ASX: MND) announces that Northern SEQ Distributor – Retailer Authority, trading as UnityWater, has served a Claim and Statement of Claim in the Supreme Court of Queensland against one of Monadelphous’ wholly owned subsidiaries, Monadelphous Engineering Pty Ltd.
