Monadelphous enters agreement to acquire Kerman Contracting

Monadelphous Group Limited (ASX:MND) today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Western Australian based Kerman Contracting, subject to the satisfaction of conditions precedent usual in transactions of this nature.
