Shareholder Information

Monadelphous Group Limited's share register is managed by Computershare Investor Services Pty Limited.

Shareholders can access a number of services provided by Computershare through their online Investor Centre. This online service can be used to obtain information on your current holding and transaction history including dividend payment information for taxation purposes. You can also update for and download forms to advise of changes to registered address, direct credit banking instructions, notification of tax file number, transfer of holdings and electronic communication preferences. 

Receiving Shareholder Communications

Recent legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) means there are new options available to Monadelphous shareholders as to how you receive communications from Monadelphous.

Monadelphous will no longer be sending physical meeting documents unless you request a copy to be posted.

Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and will assist Monadelphous with its commitment to minimising paper usage. If you haven't already, we encourage you to make the switch to paperless communications and provide us with your email address. 

To make the change, go to www.investorcentre.com/au and follow the prompts.

You can make an election as to how you would like to receive certain documents including annual reports and documents related to members' meetings (for example notices of meetings and proxy/voting forms) as follows:

1. You can make a standing election to receive the documents in physical or electronic form;
2. You can make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form; or
3. You can tell us if you do not want to receive a hard copy of the annual report. 

You will always be able to access Monadelphous' annual reports, notices of meeting and other shareholder documents when they are published on our website and the ASX platform.

When accessing information online or phoning Computershare, please have your Security Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN), as shown on your Issuer Sponsored/CHESS statements, on hand.

Shareholders may incur a charge by Computershare where the requested information has been previously provided, or where the provision of that information requires a significant investment of time and resources.
