Community

Here at Monadelphous, we support the communities in which we operate and where our people live and work. We encourage and provide assistance to community and sporting organisations, schools, charities, shows and events.

Our people give their time and make personal contributions in volunteer roles and through charities. We support education, medical services, Indigenous initiatives, the arts and a range of charities through funding, donations, help in kind and encouragement of involvement by employees.

We pride ourselves in the investment and engagement with the communities we live and work, having tailored Community Investment Plans for each region. Our efforts are split into two types, Community Investment Initiatives and our Community Grants Program.

In 2023, we launched a pilot Karratha Community Grants Program in an effort to drive the most effective outcomes from our community investment across the region. Due to the success of this program Monadelphous will expand this Grants Program to a further two regions of Bunbury and Darwin.
