Here at Monadelphous, we're proud to support the communities where we live and work. We encourage and assist grassroots community and sporting organisations, schools, charities, shows and events, driven by our goal to make meaningful impact and leave a positive legacy in the regions where Monadelphous is based.
We pride ourselves in the investment and engagement with the communities where we live and work, having tailored Community Investment Plans for each of our key regions, underpinned by the Monadelphous Community Grants Program.
Following the success of the Community Grants Program in Karratha, Darwin and Bunbury in 2024, Monadelphous will continue to expand the program to a further five regions including Port Hedland, Newman, Gladstone, Goldfields and Roxby Downs, to deepen our connection with, and drive effective outcomes for, our regional communities. Our people give their time and make personal contributions in volunteer roles and through charities. We support education, medical services, Indigenous and respectful behaviours initiatives, and a range of charities through funding, donations, help in kind and encouraging involvement by employees.
