We see traditional landowners as key stakeholders in our business. We recognise that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are some of the most disadvantaged in the Australian labour market.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) outlines the core requirements and commitments that we will use to deliver outcomes for Aboriginal people and achieve sustainable development to help close the gap between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people.
Where practical Monadelphous seeks local Aboriginal labour and contractors from the areas where we work.
