Monadelphous is committed to improving its safety performance as it grows. We monitor safety performance, ensure the provision of safe work practices and provide training and initiatives that keep safety at the forefront of everything we do.
The health and wellbeing of employees is important to the success of Monadelphous. Initiatives support mental and physical health of employees. In addition, a confidential counselling service is available to all employees and their families to assist them to manage life and work challenges.
Improving safety and health performance is achieved through leadership, resources, processes, education and a demonstrable commitment to the Monadelphous Health and Safety Policy.
Our performance
As of the 30th June 2024, Monadelphous' Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR) was 3.02 incidents per million hours worked, its Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) was 0.20 per million hours worked, and its Serious Incident Frequency Rate (SIFR) was 0.67 per million hours worked.
