Monadelphous Muhibbah Marine (MMM) is a joint venture which brings together Monadelphous's expertise in the construction of large-scale projects for Australian resources customers and Muhibbah’s global expertise in the delivery of marine and port works.
MMM delivers innovative and effective solutions in offshore plant and infrastructure, including approach jetties, transfer tower platforms, wharves, berthing and mooring dolphins, ship access platforms, and wharf and jetty conveyors. MMM draws on its team of industry specialists with expertise and experience in temporary works design, construction planning, and management of execution teams across national and international marine construction projects.
Through its innovative logistics systems, fabrication facilities and specialist heavy-lift business, MMM reduces project risks and delivers cost effective solutions to its customers. MMM effectively coordinates the movement of materials through its relationships with industry leading freight forwarders, heavy lift shipping companies and the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS).
MMM is involved in the construction of the 1.8km approach jetty and ship berth on the Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal (WICET) project at Gladstone in Queensland, along with construction and commissioning of an associated ship loader. The combined value of these contracts is approximately $390 million.
