Project Description
The Iron Bridge Magnetite Project is a joint venture between Fortescue Metals Group subsidiary FMG Magnetite Pty Ltd and Formosa Steel IB. The project will deliver a high-grade magnetite concentrate product.
Located 145km south of Port Hedland, the mine incorporates the world class North Star and Glacier Valley Magnetite ore bodies.
Scope of Work
Two major work scopes delivered:

Structural, mechanical, piping and electrical and instrumentation services for construction of Wet Process Plant at Iron Bridge

Transfer pipeline – 135km pipeline connecting the Iron Bridge Plant to Port Hedlandplus works on Canning Pump Station.
