Project Description
Zenviron is a full-service balance-of-plant contractor, bringing together the combined strengths of Monadelphous and ZEM Energy to provide multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction capabilities for large-scale renewable energy projects in Australia.
Dundonnell Wind Farm is located 23km north-east of Mortlake in Victoria and will consist of 80 turbines connected to the Mortlake Terminal Station, with a total generating capacity of 336MW and includes 80 wind turbines that will be connected to the National Electricity Market (NEM) via a 38km 220kV transmission line to the Mortlake Gas-Fired Power Station (MGPS).
The wind farm will produce enough clean energy each year to power about 245,000 homes and save the emission of roughly 1.3 million tonnes of carbon.
Scope of Work
The scope of works includes a range of civil and electrical works including but not limited to public road upgrades, WTG foundations and earthing, crane hardstands, 33kV cabling, optic fibre cabling, and 220kV/33kV switchyard construction.
